The first test match between Australia and India has started in Perth. Team India performed very well in the first Test match currently being played in Perth. Jasprit Bumrah, who was captaining the team in this match, bowled lethally and took four important wickets till the end of the first day’s play, due to which Australia lost its 7 wickets for 67 runs.

In this match, Team India won the toss and decided to bat first. However, Team India players failed to bat well and were all out for 150 runs in the first innings. Even though the batsmen of Team India could not leave their mark in this match, the bowlers played their role very well. While on one hand Jasprit Bumrah has taken four wickets till the end of the first day’s play, on the other hand Mohammad Siraj has taken two wickets and Harshit Rana has taken one wicket.

The first day of play was in the name of the bowlers. For Team India, Nitish Kumar Reddy batted brilliantly and scored 41 runs while Rishabh Pant contributed 37 runs. KL Rahul also batted very well and played a valuable inning of 26 runs. Apart from these three players, Dhruv Jurel was out on a personal score of 11 runs.

Now on the second day of the game, both the teams would like to dominate each other. If Team India has to win this match, then they will have to all out the host in their first innings as soon as possible and make a big score in the second innings.
