India’s tour South Africa 2023-24, SA vs IND: India’s batting superstar Virat Kohli (Virat Kohli) and young aggressive batsman Rinku Singh ( Rinku Singh ) and KL Rahul (KL Rahul) received a standing ovation when the Indian wicketkeeper-batsman saved Team India from an embarrassing batting collapse against South Africa in Centurion.

KL Rahul played a memorable century in the ongoing Boxing Day Test against South Africa at the SuperSport Park Cricket Stadium in Centurion on 27 December and pulled the Indian cricket team out of trouble.

Despite top-order batsmen like captain Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli and Shreyas Iyer flopping on the challenging pitch of Centurion, KL Rahul went ahead and formed small partnerships with the middle-order and lower-order players. Saved India from an embarrassing batting collapse by scoring his 8th Test century.

The brilliant century from the right-handed batsman helped Team India post a respectable score of 245 runs on the board against the South Africa cricket team. Rahul completed his century by hitting a brilliant six off South African fast bowler Nandre Berger. Let us tell you, the star wicketkeeper-batsman hit 14 fours and 4 sixes during his memorable innings.

Meanwhile, the entire Indian camp was happy for KL Rahul and Virat Kohli celebrated his century from the dressing room. When Rahul was returning to the dressing room after the end of his innings, (Virat Kohli) not only clapped for him but also patted him on the back.
