DTV HINDI contact details are available here .These terms and conditions govern the use of all DTV HINDI products and services, including the website “www.DTV HINDI.com” and its content. They contain several documents, mainly the General Terms and Conditions , Domain Registration Rules , Personal Data Protection Policy , Personal Data Processing Agreement and Site Automatic Backup Terms .BY USING THE DTV HINDI SITES (INCLUDING ITS CONTENT) AND/OR THE DTV HINDI PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS. Terms & Conditions
The DTV website, its content and related products and services are available to all persons of legal age who are authorized to enter into contracts (binding agreements). Proof of compliance with these criteria may be required when accessing all (or some) services and/or products in the form of identification data or contact information. If the customer ticks “Purchase for a company” in the shopping cart, he hereby confirms that in the event of an obligation to report and pay tax, he will fulfill the obligation in the country of registration of the company for which the service is delivered.
These general terms and conditions are established between Us (DTV HINDI AG) and the Users. No other person is entitled to benefit from this agreement.
If any court or other regulator decides that any provision of these Terms is invalid or otherwise unenforceable, such provision(s) will be severed from these Terms and the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
If the Terms conflict with the terms stated at the time of your registration with DTV HINDI (if any), these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified in additional documentation supplied by DTV HINDI Customer Care Department.
1. Definition
Wherever the words, “You”, “Your” and “User” appear in the Terms, it means the user of the DTV HINDI Websites, Products and/or Services and these words (and their forms) shall be construed accordingly. Similarly, the words “We”, “Our” and “DTV HINDI” refer to DTV HINDI AG and must be interpreted as such. The term “User Data” refers to personal data that may be collected by Us on DTV HINDI.com and/or during registration and/or obtained as part of any DTV HINDI service or product. The term “Our Website” refers to the website “www.DTV HINDI.com” and all websites associated with it. In contrast, the term “DTV HINDI sites” refers to the web pages of Our users, i.e. to pages created using the DTV HINDI system. “Third Party” means any person/entity/firm that is not affiliated with DTV HINDI AG.
Due to the applicable legislation, a distinction is made between a User who is a consumer, i.e. one who, when entering into a contract with Us, does not act as part of his commercial or other business activity or outside the framework of the independent exercise of his profession, and a User who is an entrepreneur. 1.1 User’s consent to the use of remote communication means
You hereby grant us your consent to the use of remote means of communication when concluding the contract. The costs incurred by the User when using remote means of communication (costs of Internet connection, costs of telephone calls) are covered by the User himself.
2. Use of Services
Paragraphs 7.1 to 7.8 define the permitted use of DTV HINDI services. Activities that contradict the described method of use, or are otherwise prohibited, are therefore a violation of the Terms and are a reason to limit the services provided. More information here .
2.1 Content
As a DTV HINDI user, you agree not to post or distribute through the DTV HINDI Sites any material that is defamatory, threatening, obscene, harmful, pornographic or otherwise unlawful in nature. Also, material that infringes or infringes, in any way whatsoever, the rights of DTV HINDI or the rights of others (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, right of confidentiality and privacy rights), as well as activities that may cause fear or inconvenience to us or others. In addition, you may not express views that are vulgar, abusive, sexist, racist or otherwise offensive. We encourage users to treat each other with courtesy and respect.
2.2 Content Ownership
You further undertake that you will not post or otherwise make available on the DTV HINDI website works or materials to which you do not own the rights without the express consent of the legal owner of the rights.
2.3 Participation in Events
You will comply with the rules of any contest, promotion or marketing campaign that you participate in on Our Site.
2.4 Infringement
You will not take any action that may impair the functionality or security of the DTV HINDI Sites, or cause undue inconvenience to DTV HINDI personnel.
2.5 Identity
You will not impersonate another person/entity or intentionally misrepresent your relationship with another person/entity.
2.6 SPAM
You will not promote your DTV HINDI project by sending SPAM (ie e-mail sent to recipients without prior consent). Nor will you use Our emails to send SPAM (i.e. mass emails sent to recipients without their prior consent).
3. Personal data and privacy

If you process the personal data of natural persons through our products or services, whether as a controller or processor of personal data, you undertake to comply with the rules set by national legislation governing the processing of personal data, and if you are also covered by the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU ) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data), you undertake to comply with this regulation as well.
4. Breach of Terms and Conditions
Failure to comply with the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Terms and/or participation in activities that in any way violate these Terms and Conditions exposes You to the possibility of direct penalties or legal action against You. The decision to impose a penalty (including, but not limited to, the suspension of access to all services) is entirely at the discretion of DTV HINDI and may be made without reason.

5. Third Parties
We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, any content, advertising, product or service available through third party websites.
All transactions between you and a third party available through the Webnode Site, including payments and delivery of products, services and any other terms, warranties or references related to such third parties, are between you and that entity. Therefore, Webnode is in no way liable for any loss/damage that may arise.
6. Changes to Terms
DTV HINDI reserves the right to revise or modify these Terms at its sole discretion at any time to reflect legal, technical or any other changes in the status quo. We will notify you of the fact that the Terms and Conditions have been changed in the form of an e-mail to your e-mail address, at least 15 days before the effective date of the new version of the Terms and Conditions. You have the right to reject changes to the Terms by notifying Our Customer Care Department. The notice period is negotiated for a length that corresponds to the number of days remaining until the end of the service/product usage period (automatic renewal will no longer occur). If you do not reject the change to the Terms and Conditions, which were duly notified to you, the contractual relationship is governed by the new version of the Terms and Conditions in the wording in which they were notified to you.
