Punjab Kings did not want to spend big money on Arshdeep
According to reports, Punjab Kings were in no mood to spend Rs 18 crore to retain Arshdeep Singh. Therefore the franchise released him. He became a part of Punjab Kings in 2019. Then Arshdeep used to get a salary of Rs 20 lakh per season from 2019 to 2021. After this, Arshdeep Singh got a salary of Rs 4 crore per season from IPL 2022 to 2024.
