Beth Mooney appointed captain of Gujarat Giants in the upcoming season of WPL


Apart from Beth Mooney, the responsibility of vice-captain of the team has been given to Indian all-rounder Sneha Rana.

The second edition of the Women’s Premier League is starting from 23 February. Many people are eagerly waiting for this great tournament. With this, Women’s Premier League franchise Gujarat Giants has announced its captain for the second edition.

Gujarat Giants will be captained by Australia’s experienced opening batsman Beth Mooney in the second edition of the Women’s Premier League. He has also batted very well for Australia in international cricket. Apart from Beth Mooney, the responsibility of vice-captain of the team has been given to Indian all-rounder Sneha Rana.

The head coach of Gujarat Giants is Michael Klinger while Mithali Raj is the mentor of the team. Nooshin Al Khadeer has joined the team as an assistant coach.
