Big decision of PCB before the white ball series against Zimbabwe, Shahid Aslam appointed as the new batting coach.


Pakistan is going to tour Zimbabwe very soon for a three-match ODI and T20 series.

After Pakistan’s mixed performance in the white ball series against Australia, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has taken a big step and appointed former cricketer Shahid Aslam as the team’s new white ball batting coach.

So recently, after Pakistan’s 3-0 defeat in the T20 series against Australia, PCB took a big step and appointed Aaqib Javed as the interim coach till the Champions Trophy. So now Aslam has also been added to the team in this new role.

After assuming this responsibility in the Pakistan cricket team, Aslam will first be seen working with the team on the Zimbabwe tour. It is noteworthy that Pakistan is going to tour Zimbabwe for three-match ODI and three-match T20 series. This tour of Pakistan team is starting with the first ODI match to be held in Bulawayo on 24th November.

In Pakistan’s white ball cricket team, experienced wicketkeepers like Shahid Aslam and Mohammad Rizwan will be seen working with former captain Babar Azam and young players like Abdullah Shafiq and Sam Ayub. His role will be crucial in bridging the gap between the team’s potential and performance, especially in Pakistan’s white-ball cricket.
