It is worth noting that if everything goes well, the upcoming tournament can be seen happening again after about 8 years, between February 19 and March 9.

It is worth noting that the last time this tournament was held was in England and Wales in 2017, where Pakistan won by defeating India in the final. So this time Pakistan has the hosting rights of the Champions Trophy, and this time the top 8 teams of the ICC ODI rankings are going to participate in the tournament. However, the BCCI is going to inform the Indian Government about its stand on the Indian team going to Pakistan for the tournament in the International Cricket Council (ICC) meeting to be held in Colombo next month in July.

Recently, some media reports came out that Pakistan Cricket Board can book Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore for all the matches of India so that they do not face much trouble and they can come to Pakistan directly from Wagah Border in Punjab to participate in the Champions Trophy.
