IPL is starting from 22nd March
Indian cricket fans are eagerly waiting for the Indian Premier League (IPL). It is noteworthy that this time the 17th season of IPL is starting from March 22. The first match will be played between defending champions Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore (CSK vs RCB) at the MA Chidambaram Stadium.
However, before the start of the tournament, five-time champion Chennai has taken a big decision. According to the latest media reports, the franchise is planning to make ticket sales for all its home leg matches online. This decision of the franchise is being seen in connection with the convenience of the fans.
It is worth noting that in the past, there has been a lot of crowd and long queues at the offline ticket counters. Due to which many times fans do not get tickets for the matches. Also, due to large crowd, not only the fans have to face problems, but controlling the crowd also becomes a headache for the administration.
CSK will sell tickets online
Let us tell you that Chennai Super is going to make a big change regarding the ticket sales for the IPL 2024 matches. According to the Indian Express, there are reports that for IPL 2024, the franchise may partner with a third party company to sell match tickets. So there is a high possibility that fans can buy tickets for Chennai Super Kings matches on Paytm Insider.
Regarding Chennai IPL tickets. All tickets will be sold only online this season on PayTm insider and there won’t be any over the counter sales. Dates to be revealed later.
