In 2012, India played a Test series for the first time without Rahul Dravid and VVS Laxman. Despite the absence of both the legends, Team India defeated New Zealand by an innings and 115 runs in the Hyderabad Test. Cheteshwar Pujara scored 159 runs. Virat Kohli scored his second Test century.

September 3, 1985:

Fast bowler Richard Ellison played a major role in England’s victory by taking 5 wickets for 46 runs at the Oval. Due to which England won the Ashes series 3-1.
