Team India’s star batsman Sarfaraz Khan will play in the second round of the Duleep Trophy despite being included in the two-match Test series against Bangladesh starting on September 19. According to reports, the Indian players will join the national camp in Chennai on September 12. Let us tell you that before the series, Yashasvi Jaiswal, KL Rahul, Rishabh Pant, Yash Dayal and other players have been released from their team but Sarfaraz has not been released.
Sarfaraz will now play the second round of the Duleep Trophy from September 12 and will join the Indian team immediately after that. Meanwhile, Suyash Prabhudesai and Himanshu Mantri have been included in the India B team for the rest of the tournament. Star batsman Rinku Singh has also joined the India B camp in Bengaluru.

In their place, Pratham Singh, Akshay Wadkar, Sheikh Rashid, Shams Mulani and Pulkit Narang have been called in the team. The India C team is not much affected by the Bangladesh series selections. Meanwhile, Axar Patel and Tushar Deshpande will not be able to play for India D. Patel has been included in the squad for the Test series while Deshpande is injured. Kaverappa will replace him while Nishant Sindhu has also been called up.
