India and England will play the fifth and last match of the ongoing five-match Test series from March 7 at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) Stadium in Dharamshala. Rohit Sharma-led Team India has already taken an unassailable lead in the series by defeating England in the second, third and fourth Tests in Visakhapatnam, Rajkot and Ranchi respectively. In such a situation, by winning this match, the England team would like to end the series on a good note.
Many memorable moments have been seen from both the teams in the current series. One of them is experienced all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin who aims to complete 500 wickets for India in the Test format. Ashwin crossed the 500 wicket mark in Rajkot and crossed the 350 wicket mark, breaking former Indian spinner Anil Kumble’s record of taking most Test wickets at home for India.

Sourav Ganguly was also impressed by Ashwin’s performance. He described off-spinner Ashwin as one of the greatest players of all time. Praising Ashwin while talking to Revsportz, Sourav Ganguly said that, Greatest of all time, greatest of all time. 500 wickets is no joke. Then you have Jadeja, the best all-rounder at the moment. Who can perform well with both bat and ball in these conditions.
Apart from this, Ganguly also praised the performance of star spinner Kuldeep Yadav, saying that the star player has improved a lot and there has been no decline in him despite players like Ashwin and Jadeja performing well. Kuldeep has taken 12 wickets in three Test matches so far and will be keen to finish the series on a high when the two teams face each other in Dharamsala.
Ganguly said, “I think Kuldeep has made a tremendous comeback. There has been a lot of improvement in that. And I think with bowlers like Ashwin and Jadeja, there has been no weak performance from him. He has left his mark in the series and will play for India for a long time.”
