Australian spinner Adam Zampa has recently made a big statement about playing Test cricket. Let us tell you that in one of his statements, he has said that if he had been playing Australia’s domestic Sheffield Shield tournament, he would have had a golden opportunity to play Test cricket till now.

The way I am bowling, the bowler I am, if I was playing a lot of Sheffield Shield cricket at the moment, I would think I would be fine, I would be doing really well. The few matches I have played in the last few years are indicative of that.

Adam further said- If I am selected for the upcoming subcontinent tours for Australia, people will say well that he has an average of 46 with the ball. But the way I am bowling, I think I can be selected. It will be fine.

On the other hand, if we give you information about the first class cricket career of 32-year-old Jampa, he has been able to play only 40 first class matches during his career, in which he has taken a total of 111 wickets at an average of 46.98 and an economy of 3.90. During this, he has taken five wicket hauls five times.
