In the new ICC T20I all-rounder rankings, Hardik Pandya has jumped two places to reach the first position. He has 222 rating points. At the same time, Wanindu Hasaranga is also in second place with 222 rating points. Australia’s Marcus Stoinis is in third place and Zimbabwe’s Sikandar Raza is in fourth place. Bangladesh’s Shakib Al Hasan remains in the top-5. Mohammad Nabi, Aiden Markram and Moeen Ali have lost 1-1 place. However, all of them remain in the top-10.

Took important wickets of Klaasen and Miller in the final

Let us tell you that in the final of the T20 World Cup 2024, Hardik Pandya took the important wickets of Heinrich Klaasen and David Miller, due to which India became the champion. During the entire tournament, Hardik Pandya impressed everyone with his batting and bowling. Apart from scoring 144 runs at a strike rate of over 150, he also took 11 wickets.

Earlier, Hardik was badly trolled during IPL 2024. After being made the captain of Mumbai Indians, fans were constantly booing him, but Hardik endured everything silently and gave a befitting reply to everyone with his performance. After leading India to victory in the T20 WC final, he broke down crying on the field itself. Looking at him, one can imagine how much this victory means to him.

After becoming the champion, he said, “It felt like the six months that had passed had come back. I controlled myself a lot. When I wanted to cry, I didn’t cry because I didn’t want to show it to people. I didn’t want to make people happy in my difficult times. Look at the grace of God, I got such a great opportunity. In the last over, I was in such a situation that I couldn’t even imagine.”
