In the second innings of the second Test match against India, Jack Crawley was out controversially LBW for 73 runs.

In the second innings, he lost his wicket in a controversial manner after scoring 73 runs in 132 balls with the help of 8 fours and 1 six. Kuldeep Yadav was bowling the 42nd over of England’s second innings. On the sixth ball of the over, Kuldeep Yadav and Team India made a strong appeal for LBW.
The onfield umpire declared Jack Crawley not out. After which Rohit Sharma took review and the third umpire declared Jack Crawley out. Bumrah-Ashwin led the team to victory
Talking about the match, Team India had put 396 runs on the board in the first innings on the strength of Yashasvi Jaiswal’s 209 runs. The England team was all out for 253 runs in the first innings due to Jasprit Bumrah’s 6 wicket haul. Team India scored 255 runs in the second innings on the strength of Shubman Gill’s 104 runs. England had a target of 399 runs to win.
The England team had made a good start. But then today on the fourth day the team was seen losing wickets continuously. There was no big partnership seen between any of the batsmen. The team was all out for 292 runs. Jack Crawley played the highest innings of 73 runs. Jasprit Bumrah and Ashwin had 3 wickets each.
