The pair of R Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja has become India’s most successful pair in terms of taking the most wickets in Test cricket.
India’s spin duo of Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja became the most successful Test bowling pair for India, surpassing Anil Kumble and Harbhajan Singh during the first Test against England in Hyderabad on Thursday. The pair captured their 502nd wicket together, surpassing the previous record held by Anil Kumble and Harbhajan Singh, who took 501 wickets in 54 matches.
In international cricket, the world record for taking the most wickets in Test cricket as a pair is held by James Anderson and Stuart Broad, who together have taken 1039 wickets. Apart from Anderson and Broad, the pair of Shane Warne and Glenn McGrath is the second pair to have taken more than 1000 wickets. McGrath and Warne together took 1001 wickets in their career.

India and England Talking about the first test match between India and India, Ben Stokes has decided to bat first after winning the toss.
