Taking a wicket for India in Test, it is always special – Ravindra Jadeja
After the end of the game, all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja said that the last 15 minutes of the day did not go in the team’s favor and wrong decisions put the host team in a difficult situation. However, he expects other players to build small partnerships and take the lead in the first innings.
Jadeja said, “As a batting unit, we need a collective effort. Didn’t think like this, miscommunication and misjudgment keep happening. We are 150 runs behind, small partnerships will be our game plan to take the team’s total above 230.
He further said that it is always special to get a wicket for India in Tests. Felt good that I helped my team achieve success. It was not easy bowling in the heat, Washington bowled well and everyone played their part.
