So, due to the 2014 general elections, the first 20 matches of the tournament were played in UAE, and after that the entire season was played in India. But this was not the case at the time of 2019 general elections. So now once again the government and the Indian Cricket Board are considering doing this.

During this time, security is a very important issue and like 2019, it is expected that the matches will not be held in the cities where elections are proposed.

On the other hand, the second season of the Women’s Premier League can be played this time in New Delhi and Bangalore. It is noteworthy that the first season was played in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. However, this time there is every possibility of the tournament going to another city. Apart from this, the second season of WPL can start this time in the last week of February and it will end just before the 17th season of IPL.
