Today the first day’s auction ended. All the 10 teams participating in the auction were seen spending money like water to buy players included in 12 categories. So in this auction, Indian cricket team’s star wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant has created history. He has become the most expensive player to be sold in the history of the tournament. Pant has been signed by Lucknow Super Giants in a record bid of Rs 27 crore. Delhi Capitals had a chance to use the Right to Match card, but they let Pant go.
