A BCCI source told The Times of India, “In the next few days, all players will be informed by the BCCI to play for their state team in the Ranji Trophy, unless they are on national duty. Only those players who are unfit and rehabbing at the NCA will be exempted. The board is not very happy with some of the players who have been preparing for the IPL since January.”
