Sanath Jayasuriya further said, ‘Talking is the easiest thing for me. If any player has any problem, he can come to me and tell me and I will try to fix it. All the players of Sri Lankan cricket have this confidence and they know what style of cricket they have to play. Being a local coach, this is my responsibility and no one is my favorite player.

I will always play with this team which will be the best for Sri Lankan cricket. I know that it is not so easy to get the role of local coach after me and I have to fulfill this responsibility well.
