Wasim Jaffer and Michael Vaughan are known for their fight on social media, where they often engage in verbal wars. In the past, Vaughan and Jaffer have trolled each other’s team (India and England) on several occasions. This time, it was Michael Vaughan who started it.

Michael Vaughan tried to troll Team India

India had a disappointing ODI series against Sri Lanka, losing the series 0-2. What was most shocking was that despite having the likes of Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, India succumbed to Sri Lanka’s spin bowling and conceded defeat in the 50-over format.

Meanwhile, Wasim Jaffer started a question-answer session with fans on his ex-profile, where Vaughan tried to troll Team India in an attempt to be smart. Vaughan wrote to Jaffer, “Hi Wasim..what was the result of the recent ODI series in Sri Lanka? Actually, I was busy so I could not see the result..hope everything will be fine.”

On hearing this, Wasim Jaffer answered the question in a very good way. Jaffer made a reference to England’s Ashes win on Australian soil, where they have not won a single match in the last decade.

Jaffer replied, “I would say it in the context of the Ashes, Michael. India won the same number of Tests in that series as England have won in Australia in the last 12 years.”
