The complainant, Rajesh Kumar Maurya, a resident of Amethi in Uttar Pradesh, has filed the charge under Rule 39 of the BCCI Ethics Committee.
This complaint is related to the fraud case of Rs 15 crore, which Indian cricketer MS Dhoni had filed in the civil court of Ranchi against a person named Mihir Diwakar. The BCCI’s Ethics Committee has sought a reply from Dhoni in this regard by August 30. Apart from this, Rajesh Kumar Maurya has also been asked to respond by September 16.

Actually, a complaint of ‘Conflict of Interest’ has been filed against Mahendra Singh Dhoni with a BCCI officer. All this The allegations have been levelled in connection with the ongoing Rs 15 crore dispute between Dhoni and his former business partner Mihir Diwakar under Arka Sports Management, which used to run the cricket academy under the name of the former Indian cricketer.
In the hearing held on 20 March 2024, the Ranchi Civil Court found the matter correct, due to which summons were sent to Mihir Diwakar, Soumya Das and Arka Sports Management Private Limited. Let us tell you that Dhoni accused Mihir Diwakar of violating the agreement. The agreement ended in the year 2021 itself, despite this Mihir Diwakar’s company (Arka Sports Management Private Limited) continued to use his name.
In this regard, Dhoni’s lawyer Dayanand Singh has argued that Mihir’s company has opened many academies at domestic and international level, but despite this, Dhoni was not given any share of the profits. It was told that due to this Dhoni has suffered a loss of about 15 crores.
