The New Zealand cricket team has suffered a major setback. Let us tell you that due to a serious leg injury, veteran Kiwi all-rounder Daryl Mitchell has been ruled out of the ongoing Test series against South Africa and the upcoming T20 series against Australia.

It is more important for us to ensure that he remains the best in the times to come. Looking at the upcoming cricket, it seems that he will have to start his rehab process.

Apart from this, Gary Stead has said that experienced batsman Kane Williamson will also not be able to take part in the T20 series against Australia. Stead said- Kane (Williamson)’s wife is currently pregnant, so I think he is also unlikely to be present during the T20.

If we choose Trent Boult for this series, he is available. Talks are going on between me and him. But we are thinking about the selection and can take a decision on it in the coming time.
