However, when the match is against a big team then the ticket prices change. Ticket prices also increase in big matches and for that they have to adopt surge pricing and dynamic rate strategies. Similarly, the price of some such tickets is very high but despite this the fans want to enjoy the match sitting in the stadium. However, fans also get very disappointed after seeing the performance of their team and due to this, sometimes the stadium is not completely filled.
For example, RCB’s performance this season has been quite disappointing but despite that, their home matches have seen huge crowds in the stadium. Let us tell you, RCB’s fan base is the largest in IPL. This is the reason why all the fans want to cheer loudly for him in the stadium. However, the cheapest ticket for Chinnaswamy Stadium is Rs 2300. Whereas the ticket for Chennai Super Kings match at MA Chidambaram Stadium is priced at Rs 6000.
