PAK vs BAN, 1st Test: Day-3 Review: The first match of the two-match Test series between Pakistan and Bangladesh is being played in Rawalpindi from 21 August. On the second day of the game, Pakistan declared the first innings at 448 runs. At the same time, Bangladesh scored 27 runs without losing any wicket by the end of the day. Shadnam Islam (12) and Zakir Hasan (11) were unbeaten at the crease.

PAK vs BAN: Zakir Hasan lost his wicket at the beginning of the third day
Bangladesh started the third day with 10 wickets in hand. But then the team lost two big wickets within the first session. Naseem Shah sent Zakir Hasan (12) to the pavilion in the 17th over. Wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan took a brilliant one-handed catch off Naseem’s ball. Then captain Nazmul Hussain Shanto (16) lost his wicket to Khurram Shahzad in the 27th over.
PAK vs BAN: Shadnam Islam missed a century
After losing the second wicket at the score of 53, there was a strong partnership of 94 runs for the third wicket between Shadnam Islam and Mominul Haque. Mominul Haque played an innings of 50 runs in 76 balls. Shadnam Islam missed his century by just 7 runs. He was out against Mohammad Ali after playing an innings of 93 runs in 183 balls.
There were great expectations from former Bangladeshi captain Shakib Al Hasan, but he could not do anything special. He lost his wicket on 15 runs against Saim Ayub and Bangladesh suffered the fifth blow on the score of 218.
By the end of the third day, Liton Das and Mushfiqur Rahim have already put on 98 runs for the sixth wicket. On the fourth day of the game, both batsmen will aim to make the partnership even bigger.
