Indian team’s experienced fast bowler Umesh Yadav made a strong comeback in Ranji Trophy 2024 and took four important wickets while playing for Vidarbha. This match is being played from today i.e. 19th January at Vidarbha Cricket Association Ground in Nagpur. Let us tell you, batting first, Saurashtra scored 206 runs in its first innings after losing all the wickets.

In the first innings for Saurashtra, Cheteshwar Pujara played a valuable inning of 43 runs in 105 balls with the help of four fours and one six. Apart from Cheteshwar Pujara, Harvik Desai scored 68 runs in 95 balls with the help of 10 fours. Umesh Yadav, who returned in this match for Vidarbha, gave 56 runs in 16 overs and took four wickets in his name. It was because of his lethal bowling that Saurashtra failed to score big against Vidarbha.

Apart from Umesh Yadav, Harsh Dubey and Aditya Sarvatte took two wickets each while Aditya Thackeray and Yash Thakur took 1 wicket each.
