Talking about the match, apart from Sanju Samson, Riyan Parag scored 22 runs while Shivam Dubey played an aggressive innings of 26 runs. From the host side, Blessing Mujarbani took two wickets for 19 runs in four overs. He was the most successful bowler from Zimbabwe.
While chasing the target, Zimbabwe failed to bat well in this match and was all out for 125 runs. Dion Mayers scored 34 runs for the team. He was the highest run scorer for Zimbabwe. Faraz Akram contributed 27 runs while Tadiwanashe Marumani also scored 27 runs.
For India, Mukesh Kumar took four wickets while Shivam Dubey took two wickets. Tushar Deshpande, Abhishek Sharma and Washington Sundar took one wicket each.
