Chennai Super Kings donates Rs 5 crore to AIADMK through electoral bonds

This information has come to light after the list of electoral bonds released by the Election Commission on March 17. It is noteworthy that currently MK Stalin is the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu from this party and his party has received a donation of Rs 6.05 crore in the form of electoral bonds from CSK between April 2 and April 4, 2019. If the reports of Times of India are to be believed regarding this, then CSK bought electoral bonds worth Rs 1 crore each three times. Along with this, he bought 29 more bonds of Rs 10 lakh each. However, buying electoral bonds has not made any difference to the Chennai Super Kings franchise and they had started practicing at the MA Chidambaram Stadium long ago. CSK eyes sixth IPL trophy It is noteworthy that five-time champion Chennai Super Kings will start IPL 2024 with the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore on March 22.
