He bowled consistently at a speed of 150 kilometers per hour and took 7 wickets at an economy rate of 6.99. After seeing his pace bowling, cricket experts had talked about including Mayank in Team India. But, Mayank has been away from cricket since the injury in IPL 2024 and is constantly working hard to make a comeback. Now former bowling coach of the Indian cricket team Paras Mhambrey has said a big thing about him. Paras Mahambre gave a big statement about Mayank Yadav Former India bowling coach Paras Mhambrey believes that the time has come for the BCCI to introduce Mayank in competitive cricket, especially first-class cricket. Paras Mhambrey said, “I don’t agree that if he is not ready, don’t feed him. This is the age when he should bowl. The more you bowl, the more control you will have, you will know how much your body can bowl. You can’t stop him saying he will get injured. We can’t make him bowl too much and tire him out, but we have to be smart about how much he should bowl. As a fast bowler, he needs to play first-class cricket.” Mhambrey further said, “When you play a season, you understand your bowling. You bowl in different conditions. Physically, you will be tested at different stages of the game. Sometimes, you have to be on the field for six sessions. And being able to bowl with the same intensity in the last session will give you confidence when you play internationally. I strongly feel that Mayank needs to work hard in the domestic season.
