All the teams had chosen one home ground for themselves. However, Rajasthan Royals played 2-2 matches in Guwahati, Punjab Kings in Dharamsala and Delhi Capitals in Visakhapatnam. Talking about the prize money of IPL teams, Kolkata Knight Riders got 20 crore rupees. Sunrisers Hyderabad got 13 crore rupees as prize money. Rajasthan Royals got 7 crore rupees. Rajasthan had to face defeat in the second qualifier. Royal Challengers Bangalore will get 6.5 crore rupees. RCB had to face defeat in the eliminator match.
