In connection with the said case, Anti Corruption Bureau of Telangana has registered three FIRs for embezzlement of Rs 20 crore. Apart from this, it has also been found that former officials of HCA allotted tenders to close associates at a price higher than the market rate, without proper tender process. Some receipts of this tender are also missing. But it is worth noting here that payment was made in advance by HCA, but the tender recipient did not do any work. Apart from Mohammad Azharuddin, former HCA Vice President Shivlal Yadav, Congress MLA and former President Gaddam Vinod and former HCA Secretary Arshad Ayub have been named in this case.
