On the other hand, under the coaching of Langer in the upcoming season, Lucknow will be eyeing their first IPL title. So now the team’s new coach Justin Langer has made a big revelation about his conversation with team owner Sanjeev Goenka. Langer has told how he became the coach of the franchise. Justin Langer made a big revelation Let us tell you that through a video shared by the franchise, Justin Langer said – It was a very fun incident, and here in Perth, I got a message asking me if I have any interest in IPL coaching. Vinay told me that the team owner was currently in London and would I be interested in having coffee with him. Langer further said- I thought after this, I have nothing to lose and then I went there and met the boss (Sanjeev Goenka). There was a good conversation between the two. He was a good salesman, one thing he said to me was you know, Justin, you’ve had a great playing career, you’ve had a great coaching career so far, but until you win the IPL you don’t consider yourself a Great coaches can’t agree. I said ok. Salesman’s skills are good. I like that boss guy. Since then our talks are continuing. I was very excited to be called and become the head coach of this franchise. I am currently waiting for the next season. It is very exciting and I am going to offer something to Lucknow Supergiants.
