So now he has given a big reaction remembering this. It is worth noting that after retiring completely from Indian cricket in the year 2021, Unmukt shifted to USA in search of better opportunities. Because he was not able to get a place in the senior team even after playing cricket continuously in India. So when he shifted to USA, he got a chance to express himself in international cricket, and was seen playing for USA. However, Chand’s performance in March was somewhat average, due to which he could not make it to the 15-member USA T20 World Cup squad, while his batchmates Harmeet Singh and Milind Kumar got a chance to play T20 World Cup 2024 for USA. Unmukt Chand’s big reaction came out Let us tell you that about not being able to play the ICC T20 World Cup on behalf of USA, Unmukt Chand said as quoted by Cricbuzz- It was not an ideal situation for the team to not be able to play that (T20 World Cup). Because personally, I had dreamed of this for the last three years. Obviously, it was a big blow, and it took me a long time to accept it. Unmukt further said- As a player, after losing everything at home in India, it is never easy to achieve this one goal, which was bothering me for the last three years, but it could not happen. So, it is difficult. I will not say what happened right now, but it was difficult. For some time I could not perform at my best.
