Keshav Maharaj is hopeful that Indian Premier League franchise Lucknow Super Giants will definitely make arrangements for his family to visit the Ram temple in Ayodhya. Keshav Maharaj said that he always wanted to go on a pilgrimage to India with his family and was planning to visit the Ram temple in Ayodhya soon. Keshav Maharaj told Sports Tak, ‘Unfortunately due to SA20, I could not go to the inauguration of the temple but in future I would love to visit the temple in Ayodhya and see it. I only pray that in future I should go to Ayodhya and that too with my family and go there and have darshan of Lord Shri Ram. I always believe that God has given me perspective and guidance and placed me where I am today. I am always grateful and thankful. I am a staunch devotee of Lord Hanuman and Lord Ram. When we were playing the test series against India at home, I saw that the song Ram Siya Ram was playing in the DJ background. I appealed to him to play this song when I came out to bat and he did so. I felt very happy seeing this.
