The second unofficial Test match of the two-match Test series between Australia A and India A was being played in Melbourne from 7 November. Chasing the target of 168 runs, the Australian team won by 6 wickets and captured the series 2–0. Australia-A team won on the strength of Sam Kontas’ 73* runs and Beau Webster’s unbeaten 46-run innings. Prasidh Krisha was the most successful bowler for India in the second innings, taking two wickets. Prasidh also bowled brilliantly in the first innings, taking 4 wickets for 50 runs in 16 overs.

Prasidh Krishna may get a chance in Perth Test

The first match of the five-match Test series between Australia and India will be played in Perth from November 22. Meanwhile, the discussion is going on in full swing as to who will be the third fast bowler along with Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj.
