Team India’s young star batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal has performed brilliantly in the second innings of the ongoing Perth Test match between India and Australia. By the end of the second day’s play, he was close to his century. Jaiswal returned unbeaten after scoring 90 runs. Actually this incident happened in the 44th over of India’s second innings. On the fifth ball of that over, Jaiswal tried to steal a single between point and gully. Marnus Labuschagne tried to scare Jaiswal by aiming for the stumps immediately after taking the ball. In reply, Jaiswal stood like a lion and had fun with Labuschagne.

However, he could not even open his account in the first innings of the Perth Test, due to which some fans questioned his ability, but this batsman has silenced them all in the second innings.

Jaiswal batted with utmost restraint and returned unbeaten after scoring 90 runs in 193 balls. His innings included seven fours and two sixes. On the third day, Indian fans will hope that this batsman converts his innings into a three-figure score. On the other end, KL Rahul is also supporting him fully.

Earlier, in reply to India’s 150 runs, Australia were bowled out for 104 runs in the first innings. Captain Jasprit Bumrah shone for India, taking 5 wickets, while Harshit Rana got three wickets. Mitchell Starc was the highest scorer for Australia with 26 runs.
