Let us tell you that Saurabh Netravalkar caught Kohli’s weakness outside the off stump and made him his victim. Apart from this, Saurabh also got the wicket of Indian captain Rohit Sharma. Meanwhile, he described taking Virat Kohli’s wicket as an emotional moment.

Speaking to Times of India, Netravalkar said, “I am just happy that I could fulfill both my passions. It all happened very fast and I am in the process of digesting it. These last two games were really high-profile. Taking Virat’s wicket was an emotional moment. I was looking to hit the off-stump and it worked.

Saurabh is a good friend of Indian batsman Suryakumar Yadav and Suryakumar also congratulated Netravalkar after his brilliant performance in the Super Over against Pakistan in the ongoing World Cup. The Mumbai-born cricketer also revealed that Kohli also congratulated him on his achievement.

He said, “I know Surya since Under-15, Under-17 days. We used to laugh and joke in the dressing room. I did not know Virat Kohli personally, but he congratulated me.”

Talking about the USA team, it has won two out of three matches and is in second place in the group with four points. If Pakistan’s upcoming match is washed out due to rain, then the USA team will qualify for the Super-8. On the other hand, the Indian team has already confirmed its place in the Super-8.
