Current ICC chairman Greg Barclay said on Tuesday that he would not be interested in continuing for a third term after his term ends on November 30. As soon as this news came out, speculation intensified and reports came in the media that BCCI secretary Jay Shah could become the next chairman of the ICC. The last date for filing nominations for the post of president is August 27 and on that day it will be clear whether Jay Shah has applied for it or not.
2) Will Champions Trophy 2025 be cancelled? Why is such bad news coming from Pakistan
The PCB has issued a clarification on reports that said that there may be some possible changes in the schedule of the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy to be held in Pakistan, that is, there may be further delay in organizing the tournament.
