Australia defeated Pakistan by 79 runs in the second test match played at Melbourne Cricket Ground. In this match, all the players from Australia performed very well and played an important role in the victory of their team. Australia won the second test match

Let us tell you, Australia had scored 318 runs after losing all the wickets in its first innings of this match, in response to which Pakistan was all out for 264 runs in its first innings. After this, the bowlers of Pakistan team performed very well and all out Australia for 262 runs in their second innings. For the hosts, in the second innings, Steve Smith played a brilliant inning of 50 runs in 176 balls with the help of three fours, while Mitchell Marsh scored 96 runs in 130 balls with the help of 13 fours.

Alex Carey also contributed 53 runs. For Pakistan, in the second innings, Shaheen Shah Afridi and Mir Hamza took four wickets each while Aamer Jamal took two wickets. After this, Pakistan was all out for 237 runs in its second innings.

On behalf of the team, captain Shan Masood played an excellent inning of 60 runs while Babar Azam scored 41 runs.
