Australia’s experienced batsman Marnus Labuschagne has been caught in a controversy in a grade cricket match played in Brisbane. This was seen in the Redland vs Valley semi-final match of the KFC T20 Max tournament. Marnus Labuschagne did something after which strict action can now be taken against the star batsman.

Actually, during this semi-final match, Marnus Labuschagne was captaining the Redlands team. In the match played at Allan Border Field, in the 7th over of Wally’s run chase, the on-field umpire gave a controversial catch as a bump ball and declared it not out. When the replay was seen, the batsman was out.

It was clearly visible in the footage of Kayo broadcast that Marnus Labuschagne was arguing with the umpire. He was constantly talking to the umpire about the out. Not only this, even after throwing one more ball, Marnus Labuschagne did not seem to calm down and the umpire warned him to end the matter and leave. After the over was over, the commentator felt that both the umpires were talking about the star batsman in the middle of the pitch and Marnus Labuschagne will have to pay a big fine for his bad behavior.

Marnus Labuschagne will join Australia’s ODI team against England

It is clear that the experienced batsman did not use any wrong words during the conversation with the umpire and an important decision can be taken regarding him this week. It is also believed that Marnus Labuschagne may have to face suspension.

Australia team has to play a 3 match T20 series against England which is starting today i.e. 11 September. This T20 series will end on 15 September and a five match ODI series will start between these two teams from 19 September. Marnus Labuschagne will be seen playing for the Australia team in this ODI series.

Marnus Labuschagne’s performance in international cricket has always been very good and he has been seen batting explosively. He will also be seen playing an important role for Australia in the ODI series against England.
