Currently, Bangladesh is leading 1-0 in the two-match Test series. In the first Test, Bangladesh defeated Pakistan by 10 wickets. In the first innings of the second Test currently being played, Pakistan was all out for 274 runs, in response to which Bangladesh scored 262 runs after losing all wickets in their first innings. Wicketkeeper-batsman Liton Das played a valuable innings of 138 runs for Bangladesh in the second Test. Apart from Liton Das, Mehdi Hasan Miraz scored 78 runs.

At present, Pakistan is in a very bad condition in its second innings. Abdullah Shafiq scored only three runs in the second innings from the team while Sam Ayub returned to the pavilion after scoring 20 runs. Captain Shan Masood contributed 28 runs. If Pakistan has to level this Test series, then it is very important for them to score big in the second Test against Bangladesh.
