6 players played half-century innings for Sri Lanka
The second match of the ongoing Test series between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka cricket team is being played at Zahoor Ahmed Choudhary Stadium in Chattogram. The second day of this second test match ended today on March 31. So at the end of the second day, the Sri Lankan cricket team seems to be in a very strong position.

Sri Lanka scored a total of 531 runs after batting 159 overs. For Sri Lanka, openers Nishan Madhushanka and Chamika Karunaratne made a great start and added 96 runs for the first wicket. Madhushanka was out after scoring 57 runs while Karunaratne was out after scoring 86 runs. Apart from this, wicketkeeper Kusal Mendis played a brilliant inning of 93 runs, while Angelo Mathews contributed 23 runs and Dinesh Chandimal contributed 59 runs. Apart from this, Prabhat Jayasuriya added 28 runs. Kamindu Mendis remained unbeaten after scoring 92 runs, but could not score his century.

So at the end of the second day, Bangladesh has scored 55 runs at the loss of 1 wicket after 15 overs. And it is still behind Sri Lanka by 476 runs on the basis of first innings.
