A member of the national selection panel has confirmed that even though Mushfiqur Rahim will not be seen playing in the Test series, he may be available in the ODI series. Let us tell you that Mushfiqur Rahim’s finger was injured while keeping wickets in the first ODI match played against Afghanistan in Sharjah. Due to this injury, experienced players have also been ruled out of the three-match ODI series being played against Afghanistan.
According to the report, it will take about 4 to 6 weeks for the experienced player to recover completely and that is why he is completely out of the upcoming two-match Test series against West Indies. The selector said, ‘Mushfiqur Rahim is not participating in the Test series against West Indies because it will take at least a month for him to recover. However, this brilliant player can be seen playing in the ODI series against West Indies.
