After the budget, Bihar Cricket Association President Rakesh Verma has put forward his view on this matter. Rakesh Tiwari said that since the division of the state, Bihar has not seen any international game, although Jharkhand recently got the JSCA Sports Complex.

According to Business Standard, Rakesh Tiwari said, ‘It is very important to improve this especially for cricket. Now our players will get better training grounds as well as high quality facilities. This will also improve their game a lot. After this announcement, Bihar cricket will become even better and we will get to see world class players from here. There are many players from Bihar whose performance has been very good in domestic cricket. Jharkhand and Bihar were separated in 2000. However, Bihar was promoted to the elite tier in the Ranji Trophy 2023-24 season. However, both these teams also came to play against Mumbai. However, after this, there was a fierce clash between Bihar and Jharkhand team on the field itself. After a long time, things got completely fine between the two teams.
