The form of Rohit and Virat remains a matter of concern for the team before the upcoming Test series against Australia.
Both Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli had disappointing performances in the Test series against New Zealand, scoring 91 and 93 runs respectively in the series. The form of both the senior players remains a matter of concern for the team before the upcoming Test series against Australia. Meanwhile, former Indian opener K Srikkanth has advised Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma to spend some time at the crease before scoring runs.
Virat will not face any problem with Australian pitches – K Srikanth
K Srikanth believes that even though Virat has not played much big innings in the last few matches, he will not be troubled by the bounce provided by the Australian pitches. According to Times of India, K Srikanth said,
“The best thing about Virat is his determination and hunger to achieve more. The bounce provided by Australian pitches is not something that should bother Virat. ,
The former player has asked Rohit Sharma to be more cautious. Recently, Rohit has had to struggle against fast bowlers. In the series against New Zealand, fast bowlers took his wicket four times out of 6. Srikanth also believes that Rohit’s signature pull shot can also become his weakness.
