Border-Gavaskar Trophy test series will start from November 22 Team India (Image Credit- Twitter X) Team India squad for South Africa & Border-Gavaskar Trophy: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has today announced the squad for the upcoming T20 against South Africa on Friday, October 25 and the Border-Gavaskar Trophy (BGT) Test series starting in November. So BCCI has not given place to Ruturaj Gaikwad in the team for both these tours. BCCI has made Suryakumar Yadav the captain in T20 format, Rohit Sharma as the captain of Team India on Australia tour and Jasprit Bumrah as his deputy. India’s South African tour is going to start from November 8. On this tour, Team India will be seen playing a four-match T20 series, while the BGT series will start with the first match to be held in Perth on November 22.
