The seventh match of IPL 2024 is being played between Chennai Super Kings and Gujarat Titans. Gujarat Titans won the toss and decided to bowl first, which proved costly for them. Chennai Super Kings, batting first, scored 206 runs at the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. Ruturaj Gaikwad and Rachin Ravindra played innings of 46-46 runs respectively. After that Shivam Dubey played an inning of 51 runs in 23 balls which helped the team to reach a big score.
In reply, Gujarat Titans had a very bad start while chasing the target. Opening batting and captain Shubman Gill were out after scoring 8 runs. After that Wriddhiman Saha became the victim of Deepak Chahar after playing an inning of 21 runs. Sai Sudarshan, who came as an impact player, played an inning of 37 runs in 31 balls but failed to add important points for the team. After that Vijay Shankar also became the victim of Daryl Mitchell, his catch was caught by Dhoni with a brilliant dive. He played an inning of 12 runs.

David Miller was the team’s last hope
