Karthik has recently given a big statement while talking about the ecosystem of Mumbai Indians, the most successful franchise of IPL. Karthik also told what is the special thing that makes Mumbai Indians a special franchise from the rest.

Dinesh Karthik, while talking on Ravichandran Ashwin’s YouTube show, said that Mumbai Indians provides all kinds of facilities to its players, which makes them different and special from other franchises. Dinesh Karthik said, ‘MI provides facilities in terms of practice and access to coaches whenever you want to improve your game. They are always there, helping you completely to become the best player you can be.

Karthik further said, ‘You can tell MI that between Ranji Trophy matches, I want to practice. They have the ground, they have the coaches, they have the balls and they have the bowlers. They will give you everything, they will provide accommodation, they will even give you flight tickets.

I did not want to be retained in 2013- Dinesh Karthik

Dinesh Karthik further revealed that he still regrets that he did not want to be retained for Mumbai Indians in 2013. Dinesh Karthik while talking further on Ashwin’s YouTube show said, ‘I don’t have many regrets in my cricket career – one is that I didn’t want to be retained in 2013, MI could have really helped me grow and become a better player. And secondly, I could not be a part of CSK. But I respect him a lot because he bid for me every time.
