The second round of Duleep Trophy 2024 has started. The third match of Duleep Trophy 2024 is being played between India A and India D. In the second innings for India A, the excellent opening batsman Pratham Singh batted brilliantly and scored an important century for his team.

In this match, Pratham Singh played a valuable innings of 122 runs in 189 balls with the help of 12 fours and 1 six. During this innings, Pratham Singh did not spare any bowler of India D. Not only this, Pratham Singh completed his century by scoring 14 runs in one over against Vidwath Kaverappa of India D. This match is being played in Anandpur.

Vidhwath Kaverappa bowled the 49th over of the match. Pratham Singh was batting on 88 runs at that time. Pratham Singh hit a six on the first ball of Kaverappa. Talking about the match, India A scored 290 runs after losing all wickets in their first innings. Shams Mulani played an innings of 89 runs for the team while Tanush Kotian scored 53 runs. After this, India D was all out for 183 runs in their first innings. Devdutt Padikkal scored 92 runs for the team. Padikkal’s innings was highly praised by many people.

India A is in a very good position in its second innings due to Pratham Singh’s century and the team will definitely want to win this match. Apart from Pratham Singh, captain Mayank Agarwal has scored 56 runs while Riyan Parag was out after scoring 20 runs. If India D has to make a comeback in this match, then they will have to take wickets at regular intervals.
