India A defeated India C by 132 runs in a crucial match of Duleep Trophy 2024.

In an important match of Duleep Trophy 2024, India A defeated India C by 132 runs. In this match, all the players from India A performed very well and played an important role in their team’s victory. Sai Sudarshan scored an important century in the second innings from India C but he failed to lead his team to victory.

Let us tell you that in this match, India A batted first and scored 297 runs after losing all wickets in their first innings. Shashwat Rawat played a valuable innings of 124 runs while batting explosively for the team. Apart from Shashwat Rawat, Avesh Khan contributed 51* runs while Shams Mulani scored 44 runs. Prasidh Krishna contributed 34 runs. Vijaykumar Vyashak took 4 wickets for India C while Anshul Kamboj took 3 wickets.

In reply, India C was all out for 234 runs in their first innings. Abhishek Porel scored 82 runs for the team. He constantly put pressure on India A bowlers. Apart from Porel, Pulkit Narang scored 41 runs. Baba Indrajit retired hurt after scoring 34 runs. Avesh Khan and Aaqib Khan took 3-3 wickets for India A. Shams Mulani took 2 wickets.

India A won by 132 runs

India A declared their second innings at 286 for six. In the second innings, Riyan Parag scored 73 runs for the team while Shashwat Rawat contributed 53 runs. Kumar Kushagra contributed 42 runs. Tanush Kotian played a valuable innings of 26* runs. For India C, Gaurav Yadav took four wickets while Anshul Kamboj and Manav Suthar took 2-2 wickets each.

India C players failed to bat well in the second innings and the team was all out for 217 runs. Sai Sudarshan batted brilliantly in the second innings for India C and scored 111 runs in 206 balls with the help of 12 fours. Rituraj Gaikwad contributed 44 runs while Ishan Kishan played an innings of 17 runs. Vijaykumar Vyashak was out on a personal score of 17 runs.

For India A, Prasidh Krishna and Tanush Kotian took 3-3 wickets while Aaqib Khan took two wickets. Shams Mulani took 1 wicket.
